Marketing: Which videos attract buyers?

We use new drones for unprecedented cinematic aerial video

Birds-eye view of a unique property on Whidbey Island

Until recently a typical camera-drone had to be carefully guided by a skilled operator with hands constantly on a remote controller. The operator had to coordinate movements of control sticks and buttons to continually frame scenes during a flight, and the flight path and camera angles could not be easily or accurately repeated in another flight, in case the customer wanted a change on-site. Also, extensive editing was usually required later, after leaving the site.

The most significant feature of our new drones is the ability to create an automatic flight that would be difficult and risky to perform “live” with hands on a remote controller, such that the drone can now fly closer and into tighter spaces to get the best scenes to craft a more dynamic, attractive video for marketing a real estate property or business.

Now we can guide the drone once to create a repeatable flight program. If attending, a customer can review each scene during the flight for adjustment. During the next flight, the drone will automatically and smoothly move through airspace waypoints, pointing in the programmed directions while its camera tilts to frame each scene as it had been recorded during the previous flight. The drone can automatically perform a complicated filming sequence. Near-infinite adjustments to the flight program can be made to refine it for best results.
